#162740 - Looking for a Temperature Sensor for small and cold places
I am looking for a temperature sensor for small and very cold places.
Till now the boards used, are equipped with
a. I2C TCN75 or I2C LM75 to measure temperature at -40°C to -10°C.
b. J/K/T thermocouples properly adjusted with VtoF at same range.
The sensors are connected to the board controller that is powered by
'51 MCU, some with P89V51RD2, other with LPC935 or even with AT89S52.
The distance from the sensor to the board is about 1 meter.
But now there is the need to "stick" a thermometer to a pipe
4mm wide and 20cm deep inside the pipe.
I am looking for a device either analog or digital to work at
this range (-40°C to -10°C) and be so small to fit there.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks
