I faced the same problem with P89v51 before. lost many.
but as browsing through net I found a new method of programing in a forum. just follow these simple steps: 1>keep the micro controller Psen/!vpp pin pull high 2>open your system hyper terminal, seting: restore defaults, baud rate:2400. 3>press reset(do not release it). press 'U' on the keyboard 4> now release reset switch. you will see an echo in the hyerterminal. 5>open flash magic, set baud rate to 2400 and program the device. 6>reset the micro controller and the program starts running. ------------------------------ it looks awkward but, P89V51Rd2 never failed me after I started using this method. |
