First, check whether your software is working properly: remove the radio link, and just use a wired connection.
If that doesn't work, you need to fix your software.

If it does work, it means you have a problem with the radio modules, and you should consult their tech support.

The data recieved on RXD is not the same data that been read by the accumulator
