The system works properly with the wired connection, the tranciever tech support have thier "usual help time". And yes you can sample the RXD pin of the microcontroller with scope, run prog & check ACC - NO MATCH !

I work with 19.2 Kpbs (tranciever capability up to 64 Kpbs)
RX/TX work fine & VCC have 10nf ceramic capacitor in enatrance.

TX takes minimum of 100usec not 60msec, allready got in count.

433.92 Mhz, didnt understood what utility.
