	Hi, Hmmm, you can just write in here the relevant code of the ISR. As a matter of fact I could not understand your problem correctly. How you intend to access both ports at the same time. As far as I understand, there are independant instructions in the instruction set, using what you can access one port at a time. Can you kindly explain your problem further. Simon
