I don't know these particular tools but, in general, if you want to reserve an area of memory you do it via the Linker as it is the Linker [1] which deals with assigning addresses to your program objects.
There should be a section in the manual which describes this! [1] Or, maybe the Locator - if your toolset has separate Linker & Locator. |
