Hi Erik,
Thanks for your help. I speak about my 87c51 uC board. I use 100nF capacitors across each IC. Also across the 87c51 IC.( Not 4.7-47uF tantalum on 87c51 IC) For example if your hand near the board,my board is effect this reason. Is it necessary for example faraday cage or another solution?
