Replace Q2,Q3 with your TIP darlington.
Use 1k0 for R3 Use 8k2 for R4 I have not read the hFE for your TIP, but at a guess it will be ~10000 so will easily saturate with less than 1mA base current. Do not dream of 2N3055s. They have a minimum hFE of about 20. And fairly high leakage currents. David. |
