All drivers - whether clock drivers or any other sort of driver - have some finite limit on the total "load" that they can drive. What steps did you take in your design to ensure that it could drive at least 6 units...? Especially with clock signals, there are also issues with distributing the signals - time delays, noise, etc. Did your design carefully consider these? |
