Your 8051 variant obviously contains an A-D converter.
The data sheet that you posted a link for, does not. You do not seem able to post a photo. Perhaps you could carefully read every letter and digit of the markings on the chip. And a guess for the manufacturer's trademark. You will need this to determine a compatible replacement part. Do you have the source code for your program ? David. |
