"X10" or "XIO" was a remote control system for the house that Heathkit once marketed before Sears or someone else took over. It was a control system that communicated through the power wires of a home, making the external power plugs on some homes, portals for mischief. ;) It was a nice idea, overly priced, and not secure. duh |
