Hi all,

I have to make sort of Digital to Analog converter using two ports of 8951 ( using them as 16 bit binary counter), using R-2R resistor network to get a staircase voltage output.

I am not getting a smooth staircase, rather its very rouhgh and jerky.

(D to A converter ICs are very very expensive here )

Any help is appreciated.
