Why have you removed all but one of the comments?!

You must always clearly comment all code that you post!
(you should always comment all the code that you write - whether for public view or not - the comments are as much for your own benefit as for others!)

Again, your comments need to describe what the code is intended to achieve - so that your expectations can be checked against what you've actually written!
