#170899 - current in total power down mode Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi, The controller(89lpc938) current in total power down mode mentioned in datasheet is 5-10 micro-amps.
But i am getting around 90 micro-amps. I don't know what is the reason , but i certainly want to reduce it. I am using internal crystal of 7.37M Hz. Is this is the reason ????Nothing is mentioned in datasheet about internal crystal.... Guys just help me out... |
