I want the ISP code IN FLASH because I'd prefer to move it and prevent access to it by anyone but us. The problem I had with the P89 series was the ability to always get inside with a parallel programmer. Philips' X2 implementation was lacking in contrast to Temic. One particular aspect of Temic's selectable X2 sourcing is particularly nice for us.

However, the Temic is a superior design even though I've been a great fan of Philips. I still use Philip logic gates exclusively.
