#172980 - SiLabs Responding to: ???'s previous message |
They have several with an internal Voltage Regulator. They all support 5V push-pull. Select VREG in their parametric search and many show up. Choose 9x9 and only the solderable LQFP remain.
http://www.silabs.com/products/...earch.aspx The good thing is that they are small, fast, have in-system-debugging and require almost no external parts (only bypass cap and maybe some pullups on /RST and C2D). Maarten |
