You should try writing a known pattern into the part using the external programmer and then trying to read that with your MCU code. Use a pattern that is not the same in each byte to make sure that your addressing logic works correctly.
I would have great difficulty reading and following the code that you posted as it contains no formatting and comments. It would be hard to believe that this is also not a problem for you too. You should check all the timing waveforms on an oscilloscope to ensure that they are all 100% correct. Make sure that before trying to write you have taken care of making sure that any write enable commands are sent. Michael Karas |
