If you look the data sheets of ATMEL 89c2052 yuo will find the information about your question at the memory organization part ( I hope you will find at the pdf file ). If it is possible you can use Siemens SAB 80c535 it has so many bit ( I didn't remember the exact number ) variables, you can handle. Have fun.Regards.
