There are devices made specifically for this purpose. I'd recommend using Google or some other search engine.
http://datasheet.octopart.com/DRV104PWP...152656.pdf might be an example of a high-side driver for you, and, of course, there's the venerable ULN-series of low-side drivers. RE |
