Is it because your laptop does not have a serial port for ISP, you are going to implement a parallel programmer?
It will be far cheaper to buy a USB to serial dongle from Aten or other high quality vendor. Avoid Bafo and other cheap stuff, their drivers enumerate them as HID. |
