Environment for Assembler (Keil, IAR, ASM51, other ...) ??? Development board characteristics ??? Is the development board working for simple operations like blink a led ??? Is the Power Supply adequate for every part like dev.board and LCD 128240A ??? What is WD_RESET ??? where is it defined ??? Have you setup a Watchdog Reset ???
