You can use any memory but static, you can use also dinamic memory, but the ICs you need are more expencive of all CPU, and you have to produce all refresh system, so I suggest to use also a old memory example 6854 or 2114 or 2164 or 6532 or 6564 regards Maurizio the first message are only jog |
