Please post a minimal complete program exhibiting the problem.
You might try to reduce your program until the problem goes away. As Michael said above, it appears to be floating-point related. You could post also a bug report in the SDCC bug tracker, but again a minimal example would be required there, too. --- Michael, the ultimate browseable source of current SDCC sources is the SDCC repository on SourceForge.net. I understand that it is not trivial to find a given file in the source tree. The file in question is in this directory.
