I've used the Maxim MAX812-LEUS with success. It trips at 4.63v +/- and has a master reset input pin.
Because we put the master reset line to an ISP programming connector, we added some ESD protection on that signal with a resistors/capacitor/diode. The MAX812 runs $0.99 each for a reel of 2500 but expect some delay shipping from Maxim. They can be ordered online at Maxim's website. aka j |
