Don't forget the 100nF caps at EACH chip from Vcc to GND with very shortest connections.
Some 1k pull-up resistors (R2, R3, R4, R5,...) are still too low ohmic. Take 10k pull-ups here. The Schmitt-triggers 7414, what types are they? Kai Klaas |
