Even then an instrumentation amplifier is of no benefit here. An instrumentation amplifier is used for differential signaling and when the differential signal is sitting on a huge common mode signal:

Then the superb common mode rejection of an instrumentation amplifier is very helpful. But you don't have differential signaling.
