I think 4K and 8K memory are quite enough... especially for a newbie project-and *especially* if programmed in assembly.
In fact it will be a challenging project to work with limited resources, microcontroller-wise. More often what happens in real-world applications I suppose, and a very very useful skill. Its amazing to see, with the right programming, how several complicated issues can be handled real-rime with 2 timers, 128 bytes ram, and 32 I/O lines.... all within 4KB memory Kundi |
