Yeah, I have a bunch of 8051's that I bought for 8051 project boards that I designed and built. Its a project that has been sitting on the shelves for a long time and I got a burst of motivation to finish it. There is no real pending application or anything like that, but since I had the 8051's on hand I ordered a "cheap" programmer. Again, mainly just wanted to finish the project as orginally planned. The board uses alot of older chips - 28c256, 82c55's, and 62256. I was hoping my cheapo ebay programmer would be all I need to finish it out, but I cant get the SW to display english text. I might still be able to stumble thru it enough to get the bootloader loaded, but I dont think I'll ever be able to use the chinese version well enough to use its other features. Anyways, I was hoping someone on here had one of these things and had some english version of the sw or knew where to get it.
