#18300 - derivative search |
I have searched all over for a '51 derivative with 4kb or more of internal RAM and 8k or more of flash. This is a very 'space conscious' application so I want to avoid any external memory. Both RAM and Flash internal is essential, I have a lot of solutions with either external, but not the room for the chips. It is a replacement of another board, the form factor is given, so 'stacking' or such is out of the question as well.
