I'm not sure about refresh cycles: 1) What does "CBR" exactly mean? 2) (*) says (in CBR REFRESH CYLCLE): Address=Don't care; so is address incremented after each refresh? (what is the first address?). (*)=http://images.micron.com/pdf/datas...e/dm53.pdf Ryszard |
