I suggest to replace your current reset circuit with a proper reset supervisor IC like the MAX700.
You can even order free samples from Maxim. Years ago I ran into a very similar problem and the MAX700 helped without hesitation. Using a properly soldered board instead of a plugin one might help aswell. |
