I suspect you want to start with DIP chips:
Atmel AT89LPxxxx chips have push-pull. Not easy to get hold of. Chinese STC12C5Axx chips are available and work very well. If you do not mind SMD, you will have a very large range to choose from. Silabs for a start. David. |
