I think yes as I can conect devices in "daisy-chain", conecting each in the other one. Daisy-chaining (via the 'Thru' port) is a fundamental part of MIDI! Anyhow, as you're not actually interested in MIDI compatibility, you can do whatever you like - you only have to make it MIDI-compatible at the point where you need to connect to a real MIDI device. You need to be sure that the end-to-end characteristics (particularly, delays) are OK... |
