This new TLE983x Infineon part has the Serial loader in ROM, so it is protected. http://www.infineon.com/cms/en/pr...0b43&tab=2 This has a 1.5V core, and 5V io, and a Single power supply from 3.0 V to 27 V, with LIN interface included. |
