| I thought I better run this by the experts in case I'm missing something...
 Working on a new design, probably with an 89LV51. Already have Int0 and Int1 allocated, and could really use a third external interrupt. So how about I configure timer0 as an 8-bit reloadable counter, with a reload value of FF? Then I could use the T0 input (port 3.4) to trigger the tf0 interrupt. Seems like it would work, but also seems like a kludge with a hidden "gotcha." Any thoughts? |
