You know the intel '151/'251 uses 0A5H to prefix cross mode instructions. That is if your in 8051 binary mode you use 0A5H to prefix the use of new '151/'251 instructions. If in "source" mode you use 0A5H to prefix the use of std 8051 instructions.

Temic also makes a version of this part i believe.
