I assume you mean you'd like to be able to click on a message in the nightly mailing and automatically appear at the message, already logged-on with your username.

If that's what you mean, go into your Account Profiles and set "Auto-Logoff Delay" to "0" minutes. That means the website will never automatically log you off; the login cookie will remain on your system and the next time you visit the website you'll still be logged on.
