| Yes, I am totally enamored with the C8051F826 and other members in the 'F800 series parts. 4K/8K/16K flash available. Some have 256 bytes on-board XRAM. These are truly nice parts that support on-board debugging via the C2 interface. Costs in Qty 1 are in the $1 -> $1.50 range with some of the being a bit more.
