| Yes, 3mm QFN20 squashes 'pads' into the corners! 
 However SiLabs do also have SO16N, but not in every device option :( Would be nice if that smallest 2K part came also in SO16N, but I see the 8KF-SO16N is only a 10c Adder 1K+, over QFN20.2kF SO16N can be wave soldered. |
