#19237 - help choosing 8051 family chip |
Hi all
i have been searching for 8051 family chip that has the following specs with no success Flash program memory on chip eeprom on chip ram 32 i/o ports 2 uarts 3 16 bit timers capabilty of ISP without dedicating any I/O pins because not less than 30 are needed. supported by keil compiler Thanx Mahmood |
