I have expierence with same problem:
after burning some EEPROMS because i was writing to often (100000 cycles are not much in case you save your data before every relais switch) i made the expierence that the RAM is save enough and had not even a fault over a period of 1 year. But everything is much depending on your layout !!! We also had to suppress a lot of spikes generated by the inductance. |
