Well my biased opinion is that the RPACK51 is a great deal. You get the most efficient code generation with RKitE51 software and a very good emulator all from the same manufacturer so only one point of contact for support. The price is great, tools are great what more could you ask for?

Notice however that I work at American Raisonance and my views are certainly skewed towards this solution. :-) Honestly it is a great package.
