I belive this has been discussed before ! Pls check ths url. "http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=17635" But if U are talking about some controller, that'll directly connect to ethernet ..,well I dont know of any 8051 derivative ..,try Trident But have heard of some derivative of 80186 SOC or so..Not sure.
