Hi Erik,
May be you burnt in childhood. may be your code was using serial port or interacted the external world I/Os. I agree with Craig, the time measurement is good on simulators only and only as long as the code is absolutely *internal*. and I agree that 8052.com simulator is 100% correct for the internal code blocks I posted in the other thread. I have confirmed simultaor's results with paper work. Simon |
