Hello!

I have TOL pin on Vcc (10%) and battery voltage 5,3 V. Higher battery means 6.0 volts, actual 6,8 volts with batteries full. I use some chips (DS18B20) which can go up to 6.5V.

I was thinking of supplying TC1232 via schottky diode (low drop) and putting a small capacito in parallel with TC1232. This will give me some lag function.

I wonder, what happens with uC memory and register contens if power supply drops to 3.5V for about 1-5 microseconds.
