#20118 - AT28C256 |
Forum,
I'm trying to replace a SRAM in my ISP project with a AT28C256. It was my understanding that this EEPROM could be loaded the same as a SRAM. It only programs part of the locations, skipping some and programming others. I'm downloading code via RS232 at 14400. I tried adding delays after the MOVX to allow for write time. I've also tried slower baud rates. If I load the code more than once it will get a few more locations right, but no where near 100%. I'm using the byte write rather than the page write. This is with AT89C52 @ 11.059Mhz. I'm sure someone knows what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for your input. Jon |
