Hi Mr. Louis Ling,
You are right. The P0 of 8051 is not internally pulled up. It is an open collector output port. You have to tie pull up resistors on this port (normally 10k-100k value) Instert pull up resistors and see the result, you can not get exact 5V, but 4.99 is achievable. As far as voltage and current is concerned, you should consult datasheet of the particular device. |
