#20234 - 8051 in Cascading mode - Arbor Day |
The parent child thing is what got me wondering. Usually this imply's "inheritance" a logical construct where a multi-processor network (which wouldn't preclude such an approach) is a physical construct. It made me think "gee whiz" i've never implemented inheritance across processors before this could be interesting. So i asked for more info (yes parroting the terse initial request-in fun).
I think Erik has a point as threads are often reduced in impact and "enlightenment" due to the initiator failing to return to the thread. This can be assumed to be a passive acknowledgement that one (which?) of the guesses was correct but what of the future reader? Does one really get as much as "could be" provided if the thread had some form of resolution? Got to go water the plants, regards, p |
