#20406 - extending parallel port |
Hello,
I am using a keil compiler and wish to use the same on two computers. I have only one hardware lock. I am interested in using the same lock on two computers using the printer sharer. The two computers are 20 meters apart. Is it possible to access the parallel port which is 20 meters apart. The situation is similar to using a printer on the parallel port but keeping it 20 meters from the computer. Is any driving circuit required for taking the signals to a distance of 20 meters. Kindly advise me. Regards, Mohit Gupta |
