#20493 - Display ascii char on LCD from RS232 |
hmmmmm any thoughts on how to display an ascii character coming from rs232(using hyper terminal) out onto a LCD ?
0 1 0 1 1 0 0 0 0 1 | | | | start bit----+ +--lsb msb--+ +----stop bit ie. the above signal is going down the serial lead from one pc to another using a null modem(hyper terminal) . an 8051 is used via max chip to recieve the signal (acting like a breakout box) how would i be able to inplement this using assembley any code would be helpfull jason :) |
